Our guarantee is simple: if you are not completely satisfied we'll give you your money back.

If you have a problem with the pest after our services, just call us and we will come back to retreat for that pest at no charge within the warrantee period. If after a warrantee retreatment you are still not satisfied, we will return your money.

We mean business when we say we guarantee your satisfaction*, but of course from a QualityPro Certified pest control business you would expect no less.

• Full compliance with health, safety, environmental laws, regulations, and standards
• Courteous, reliable, responsive service coordinated with your operating or personal schedule

*It is important to review your individual pest control service agreement for the warrantee period.  There is a warrantee time frame stipulated in each agreement depending on the pest, in which you need to report a reoccurrence of the pest after initial treatment. Reporting a pest problem in this warrantee period entitles you to a free retreatment or your money back if you are not satisfied after retreatment. Please note our money back guarantee only applies to residential services and does not include commercial services.
