Our industry Association, the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), has created the QualityPro Certification program. QualityPro Certification is the pest management industry's version of the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. It means that you are doing business with a firm that you can trust.

To be certified as a QualityPro pest control business, the National Pest Management Association makes sure that these standards are met by each certified business:

• Practicing environmentally responsible pest control

• Employing only highly trained, credentialed employees

• Providing detailed information to you about our services

• Offering a clear, easy-to-understand warranty and termite service agreement

• Maintaining an up-to-date insurance policy

• Advertising truthfully and ethically

• Checking employee references, driving history and criminal background

• Maintaining a drug-free workplace

Out of the more than 22,000 pest control companies in the United States, less than 3% have qualified to be designated as QualityPro Certified by the National Pest Management Association. Unlike some pest management firms that only certify their field supervisor, all of our pest control technicians have passed the state certification program and are fully and intensively trained.
