Stanley Saltzman, President

Stanley Saltzman, President of ChemTec Pest Control Corp., is a graduate of the Horace Mann School and the University of Alabama.

Mr. Saltzman entered the family pest control business and soon after, was elected as a committee chair for the National Pest Management Association. He has taken extensive courses in Entomology at the Eastern Pest Conferences, the National Association meetings and at various other conferences around the country.

Saltzman and ChemTec Pest Control were later invited to join the exclusive industry organization, the Associated Pest Control Association. This group meets twice annually to help find new ways to provide the finest pest services to the community.

When the National Pest Management Association created the QualityPro designation, Saltzman was one of the first industry leaders to prepare his company to earn that designation. QualityPro is a very distinguished label.

Mary Vongas, Business Manager

Mary Vongas has more than 25 years of experience in business management with specialties in operational management and exceptional customer service.

Throughout her business career, Ms. Vongas has also served as an adjunct professor, corporate trainer and mentor.

She holds a Masters of Science degree in Change Management from the College of St. Elizabeth with an undergraduate degree in Communications from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Mary Vongas currently serves as ChemTec Pest Control's Business Manager.

In 2006, she was honored as the first recipient of the National Pest Management Association's Professional Women in Pest Management Award and currently serves on the Board of Directors for New Jersey Pest Management Association.

Gary Stamer, Field Operations Manager

Gary Stamer has over twenty-years of industry experience, concentrating on structural pest management in the New Jersey and New York Tri-state area.

Gary currently serves as ChemTec Pest Control's Field Operations Manager, overseeing all Field and Quality Control activity.

Gary has acquired dozens of hours of specialized training in all aspects of the pest control industry. His experience with AIB, ISO, NOP, IPM and strong relationships with NPMA, NJPMA and APCA help to deliver superior customer service to the industrial and private sector alike.

Gary especially enjoys sharing the benefits of IPM (Integrated Pest Management) in our everyday life with area school children and school staff, businesses and community groups. His interesting and effective IPM talks can be scheduled by any Northern New Jersey group by calling our office at 201-843-0780.

Ralph Rosania, Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE)

Ralph Rosania, ChemTec Pest Control's Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE), has been fighting pests for over fourteen years; starting his career with ChemTec Pest Control in 1995. Ralph holds licenses in both New Jersey and New York and is additionally certified in the termite and mosquito special categories. Ralph is also one of ChemTec Pest Control's lead bed bug specialists.
