*It is important to review your individual pest control service agreement for the warranty period. There is a warranty time frame stipulated in each agreement depending on the pest, in which you need to report a reoccurrence of the pest after initial treatment. Reporting a pest problem in this warranty period entitles you to a free retreatment or your money back if you are not satisfied after retreatment. Please note our money back guarantee only applies to residential services and does not include commercial services.
